A thought on stock options

It will soon become evident that in the world of startups and scale-ups, there will only exist two classes of companies:

• Those which manage to attract and retain talented, team-playing, loyal and hardworking individuals, and,
• Those which, for some strange reason, do not offer stock options to each and every employee.
